Right of withdrawal
You are entitle the right to withdraw from this order, without giving reasons within a period of 14 days from receipt of your order.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must notify by e-mail This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. or by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt at House of Art – Outre-Cour 122- B 4651 Herve Battice (Belgium), of your decision to withdraw of this order.
In the event of withdrawal of this order, we will refund all payments received from you, with the exception of transport costs, according to the following terms:
- You will need to pay the direct costs of returning the products
- In the event of cancellation of your order, we will refund all payments received from you, except for the cost of delivery and free delivery fee.
- The refund will be made no later than 14 days from the day, we are informed of your decision to withdraw your order. We can delay the refund until we have received the products.
- Goods returned incomplete, altered, damaged and/or soiled by the customer will not be refunded.
- Products wich are purchased as an order (not held in stock products) cannot be returned.
Return policy
- Please note that House of Art may not take back the products which were the subject of an order (only in stock items can be returned).
- Returns are at the expense of the customer, in their original condition and complete, no later than 14 days from the day of receipt of the order.
- House of Art goods returned incomplete, altered, damaged and/or soiled by the customer will not be refunded.
- Under respect the deadline and the above mentioned terms and conditions, House of Art will refund (excluding costs of delivery) the customer within 14 days.
- If the delivery of the order was subject to a free delivery, compensation of free flat fee delivery of 10% of the amount of the order will be used to cover the costs of delivery initially paid by House of Art.
- Products are to be returned to the following address: House of Art, Outre-Cour 120, B-4651 Herve-Battice (Belgium).
- For countries outside the European Union, please contact us in order to avoid customs charges when returning an order.
Delivery mode
Shipping costs change regarding:
- Country of destination
- Delivery type (home delivery, collection depot, ...)
- Weight of the package
- Total cost of the order
Therefore, the final cost will be calculated after validation of your basket and reception of your details.
Deliveries will be done by Bpost or FedEx (only if clearly asked, and with extra cost).
Orders exceeding €100 are automatically insured against loss or damages by Bpost and its service providers (signify any damages when receiving the package).
Payment method
We propose you various methods of on-line payment in Belgium and for other countries.
The protection both against a fraudulent use of means of payment used for the transaction(deal) in particular following a hacking and against possible challenges of the payment of the price of a commandis is managed by the company Hipay.
The command validated by the customer becomes effective only when the center of secure banking payment and the Hipay company will have given their agreement onto the execution of the transaction. In case of refusal of the center of secure banking payment or the company Hipay, the command will automatically be cancelled and the customer warned(prevented) by e-mail.
For countries not supported by Hipay, we offer payment by bank transfer.
